This summer, I am excited to be a part of a group of cyclists from across New England, called Team Midnight Riders, who will join dozens of other cyclists from across the world in completing an exhilarating 100-mile event benefiting the children and families of Chai Lifeline.

Chai Lifeline provides more than two-dozen essential programs for more than 5,900 children and families confronting pediatric illness, crisis, and loss. These services include counseling and case management, meals delivered to hospitals and homes, transportation to medical appointments, emergency financial assistance, insurance advocacy, Project Chai crisis intervention, and Camp Simcha and Camp Simcha Special, Chai Lifeline’s flagship medically-supervised summer programs.

We take inspiration from Shoshana (שׁושׁנה בת ליאורה), a very special high school sophomore from Boston, who is currently waging her personal medical battle. Our team dedicates every dollar donated and every mile ridden as an act of prayer and hope for Shoshana’s complete and speedy recovery.

My personal objective is to raise $25,000. Our team objective is to raise $50,000.
