Hey, I hope your having an awesome summer so far!

I will, please G-D, be riding again this year in BIKE4CHAI,
As you probably know, the ride is to raise money for Chai Lifeline, which helps kids who are sick with cancer and their families.

This year I want to emphasize special Hakaras Hatov (GRATITUDE & THANKS) for what Chai Lifeline has done for my brother from another mother, best friend and partner, YITZY HABER!!

When we were in 5th grade together, Yitzy was diagnosed with bone cancer. After about a gazillion surgeries, procedures, chemo, and treatments, he had to have his leg amputated. Yitzy took the bull by the horns, and instead of letting this take him down, he turned up the inspiration. I was and continue to be tremendously privileged to watch Yitzy use his experience to bring smiles, motivation and inspiration to everyone around him. For the last 28 years I have watched him perform for kids and adults, dance on a prosthetic leg and speak to huge crowds, etc. Every time I see my best friend in action, to this day I'm still blown away at what he has accomplished. He is a true inspiration to me always!

Chai Lifeline was there for Yitzy from the time he was diagnosed. And not just for him but for his whole family. Around the clock visitors, volunteers, therapists, tutors, advice, meals, rides to the hospitals, activities, parties, events, and of course CAMP SIMCHA!! I saw first hand the impact that this organization had on my friend and his family. This had a tremendous effect on me and I joined Yitzy in camp to do shows for the campers and eventually to be a counselor myself. Being in Camp Simcha definitely changed my life. I have a tremendous amount of gratitude towards Chai Lifeline and with that I lead into MY ASK FOR A BIG FAVOR.

Please help me raise lots of money for Chai Lifeline / Camp Simcha. Any donation is truly truly needed and appreciated. I will kick things off with a $500 donation and a little bit of training for the 100 mile bike ride so I can have some skin in the game with you too. Please click the Donate button on the side to donate :)

Thank you so much for reading till the end.
Please help show the love to Yitzy and Chai Lifeline.
Thank you again
Donny

P.S. if you have an organization, shul, school, corporate event, and you want an amazing story to inspire, motivate or just blow the socks off your people...then get Yitzy to come speak. Straight up...you won't regret it!
