This summer, I am excited to take part in Bike4Chai, an exhilarating 100-mile cycling event benefiting the children and families of Chai Lifeline. Every mile I ride and every dollar I raise will help support more than two-dozen essential programs for more than 5,900 children and families confronting pediatric illness, crisis, and loss. These services include counseling and case management, meals delivered to hospitals and homes, transportation to medical appointments, emergency financial assistance, insurance advocacy, i-Shine afterschool programming, Big Brothers/Sisters, Project Chai crisis intervention, and Camp Simcha and Camp Simcha Special, Chai Lifeline’s flagship medically-supervised summer programs.

Life for a child with cancer, disability, or other serious illness is grueling. From the moment of diagnosis, Chai Lifeline’s dedicated staff and volunteers are there to provide joy, hope, and unparalleled care throughout the turbulent medical journey.

My objective is to raise $10,000, and I hope you will help me reach this goal. All donations are 100% tax-deductible.

אח שלי היקר, I love you more than anyone and everything, for you are behind my brother. You are at minimum and almost always (if not literally 100%) more precious to me and loved by me than everyone who is technically a “blood relative” of mine, combined with any other friend, family member, and various other loved ones combined. If I have the Ze’chut to life long enough, to have the opportunity to do whatever it takes to reach and become 10% of the ‏בן אדם וצדיק that you are, I know that would mean I have accomplished a feat that in the best case scenario 1 out of a million people successfully reach in their entire lifetime in this world (‏עלמה ד׳שיקרה). I love you my brother who could not be more my brother if we came out of the same womb, or If we were twins come out of the same womb at the same time; none of that would even have a millionth font 1% of making us closer or more related. #2EZandJDForever #LaFamilia
